William Moser III | Senior Vice President

Bill Moser is a Senior Vice President with Grubb &Ellis Company providing commercial real estate site selection and transactional services. Bill is the company’s Mid-Atlantic leader of National Data Center Practice Group. Bill has been in commercial real estate since 1986 and has focused on data centers since 2000. Over the last two years Bill has been engaged in regional and national corporate service assignments and has successfully completed multiple mission critical data center transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region totally over 500,000 SF. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Texas A&M University.

Bill enjoys pizza and spending time at the park with his children.


Ken Baudry | Senior Vice President

Ken Baudry is a Senior Vice President in Grubb &Ellis’ Atlanta office.  He joined the firm in 2009 and is the Southeast Regional leader of the National Data Center Practice.  Ken has been focused on technology,real estate and facilities for over 30 years.

Ken was the founder of KJ Baudry,Inc.,a real estate brokerage,engineering program management and technology consulting firm,in 1987.

In addition to his real estate and consulting experience,Ken started a number of important initiatives in the data center industry and has published numerous articles.  In 2002,he formed Available Data Centers,the first web-based listing service focused exclusively on data center real estate,now hosted by The Data Center Journal.  In 2008,Ken formed Holistech Research and Consulting,a Web-based data center consulting practice,created to make data center tools and research readily available to data center professionals.  He is the author of “Exceeding Expectations,Managing the Office Build Out,”Straub Publishing and was a contributing author to ‘The Data Center Handbook,” by Hwaiyu Geng,McGraw Hill Publishing.

Ken enjoys spending time with his 4 children and wife,Tara.  Ken’s obsession is classic cars,especially roadsters.  He is a board member of the Aquinas Center of Theology at Emory University and Amigos for Christ.  Ken holds a BS in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Michael Mandel | New York Practice Leader

Michael Mandel joined Grubb &Ellis’ Manhattan office in 2006 to provide strategic portfolio planning,market analysis,and tenant and owner representation to office users.  He has since developed a specialty in Data Centers,representing data center owners,users and colocation facilities both in the NY metro area,and nationally. He has been recognized for his success as Grubb &Ellis’ National Rookie of the Year in 2007 and Real Estate New York’s 30 under 30 in 2008.

Michael has advised a blue-chip roster of clients that includes some of the world’s pre-eminent investment banks,insurance companies and technology companies.  His recent assignments include leasing transactions for Facebook,eBay,Citigroup,Guardian Life Insurance,and Phoenix Life Insurance Company among others.

Michael has a strong background in entrepreneurship,having started and worked with many start-up companies.  He is the Chairman of the JEO,an organization that has hosted distinguished business leaders from local serial entrepreneurs to multi-billionaires,and is the former Chairman of the Babson Entrepreneurial Exchange.

Michael’s views of the market have been featured in Crain’s New York Business,Datacenter Dynamics Magazine,Data Center Knowledge,Seeking Alpha,Real Estate Weekly,and The Real Deal and can be found in his widely read blog – BrokeredNYC.com,as well as the Grubb &Ellis Data Center blog at DataCenterPractice.com.  He has also served as a guest lecturer for Drexel University’s Master of Science in Property Management and as an expert witness in data center matters.

Jerry Eggleston| Senior Vice President

Jerry Eggleston joined Grubb &Ellis in 2005 as a Senior Vice President contributing proven experience and success to any commercial real estate transaction.  Prior to Grubb &Ellis,Jerry spent 31 years with Cushman &Wakefield.

Jerry began his career in a management capacity for the Atlantic Richfield Plaza,800 Wilshire,and the One Wilshire Building.  This management experience provides him with unique insight and a high degree of sensitivity to all factors influencing an assets performance.  This special insight is extremely valuable in today’s market.

Jerry is a recognized expert in the highly specialized field of Internet Infrastructure/Data Center Real Estate.  He has successfully represented a number of technology tenants including MCI,Teleport Communications,AT&T,Equinix and American Internet Services,to name a few,in the acquisition of Data Center space.

Jerry graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a BS in Finance,Insurance and Real Estate. Jerry is a member of the Jonathan Club and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.

Sheila Bellinger | Vice President

Sheila Bellinger specializes in tenant representation and is currently Southwest Director for Grubb &Ellis’ National Data Center Group. Sheila’s experience includes an in-depth knowledge of the data center and telecommunications industries. She assists companies with their real estate planning and execution of mission critical acquisitions,relocations,expansions,consolidations and disaster recovery needs.

She has an extensive background in office and industrial tenant representation on both a local and ational level. Throughout her career,Sheila has worked with more than 350 clients,developing long-term relationships built upon trust,collaboration and results. She has managed portfolios of large corporate accounts where she successfully lowered real estate costs and occupancy risks while maximizing flexibility and productivity. Having also represented landlords in marketing and leasing,Sheila brings a well-rounded and broad base of knowledge to complex lease negotiations,ensuring bottom-line results for her clients.
